Sort Social

How sorting works

Choose your sample, then choose what matters in it.

Collection size

Use 25, 50, 75, 100 or 200 recent posts, a custom count, or all available content. A limit describes the collection request; platform loading, interruptions or access restrictions can leave a smaller saved set.

Newest and oldest

Newest uses available post dates. Oldest-first collection loads the available set before choosing its oldest sample. Large profiles take longer. Where dates are absent, the UI must distinguish the available grid order from a verified chronological date.

Single-metric ranking

Choose views, likes, comments or another exposed counter. Missing values remain missing. Change the result ranking after collecting to avoid repeating a scan unnecessarily.

Combined ranking

For a mix such as likes and shares, SortSocial normalizes the available signals before applying your weights. Raw counts from different scales are not simply added together. Review metric coverage as well as the combined score.

Pause and resume

Switching away or losing the source can pause collection. Return to that same profile or query and resume its saved run. Starting a new run keeps it separate from an old checkpoint.
