Start on Shorts
Open the channel and select its Shorts tab. SortSocial recognizes navigation from the channel home page and binds the run to the visible Shorts source. Choose a count and start collecting.
Video quality and sound
YouTube may expose video and audio as separate tracks. SortSocial checks the available sources and combines supported tracks when possible. A playback capture fallback may be offered when a direct file is unavailable.
Choose an available quality
Quality options depend on the source video. A higher label does not create missing resolution. The downloader should report an unavailable choice or a changing source quality instead of silently saving a different result.
Unavailable fields
Shares and saves are not generally exposed as public Shorts counters. They remain unknown. The current collection workflow is for Shorts rather than every long-form channel video.
