Select and download
Select the references you need, choose Download, and review the available quality choices. For an Instagram carousel you can choose individual media items or a selection of items.
When a download fails
Open the source in your signed-in session and confirm it is playable. Expired links may need a fresh scan. Responses containing a login or error page must not be saved as if they were a video.
Source quality
The highest available choice comes from the source. SortSocial does not manufacture 1080p from a smaller video. Some sources use separate audio/video streams or require playback capture.
Your local library
Use Studio → Video library for videos retained by the app. Ordinary browser downloads can also be found in Chrome’s Downloads. Respect the creator’s rights when using any saved media.
