Choose the rows
Set your ranking and filters first. Select individual references if you want a subset, then export. CSV preserves the current selected order and handles multiline captions and quoted text.
What the rows contain
Available columns include brand, run, creator, source link, caption, collection details, dates, metrics and research scores. Unavailable metrics remain blank. A link export provides the native post URLs without exporting video files.
Dates and numbers
A date is included only when the platform exposed one. CSV is plain text; your spreadsheet may interpret dates or compact numbers according to its locale. Check a few rows after importing.
Keep a useful naming system
Name runs by campaign, topic or research purpose. This keeps repeated observations of the same creator from becoming an unlabelled collection.
