Check that you opened a supported profile, Reels tab or Shorts channel, and let it load. Refresh the social tab after an extension update. If an access, age or login prompt is visible, resolve it yourself in the original platform.
Resume does not move
Return to the same source profile or query. Open the saved run and use Resume. A finished run needs a fresh Start. A different creator or search should not silently be added to the previous run.
Missing metrics or captions
Use the native source to check what is actually exposed. Deep metrics may require opening the post or your own Insights. A truncated or unavailable field should be reported as incomplete rather than invented.
Android interruptions
Dismiss an incoming call or message, return to the source, and resume. Check that the accessibility service remains enabled for your scan. You can switch it off afterward, particularly before using apps that object to active accessibility services.
Download or AI errors
Retry failed items only. Confirm the source is accessible, the chosen quality exists, and provider credentials are valid. Do not include API keys, passwords or unrelated private messages in a diagnostic report.
