SortSocial is research software for content your session can access. Use it lawfully and consistently with the source platform’s applicable terms. Keep your credentials and device access under your control.
Plans and device seats
The planned free allowance is 10 Reels in total with no AI analysis. Pro includes one browser and one Android seat. The pricing page describes the proposed billing periods and additional device options. No charges are accepted in this preview.
Activation and expiry
Commercial Pro access will depend on a verified active subscription and an available registered device seat. When the verified membership expires, paid access ends. Final cancellation, refund, tax and renewal terms must be disclosed at live checkout before any purchase.
AI and performance scores
Your chosen AI provider bills its usage separately. Cost estimates depend on model, media and usage and are not a final provider invoice. Outlier, virality and script-potential scores are research or planning estimates. Simulated audience responses do not represent real surveyed people and do not guarantee reach.
Content and downloads
Creators retain rights in their content. Use downloads and exports only where you have the necessary rights or permission. SortSocial does not grant a license to republish someone else’s work.
Availability and limitations
Platforms can change their interfaces and available fields. Collection, media resolution and metrics may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Missing metrics are not evidence of zero engagement. The product is independent of the social platforms named on this site.
Before commercial release
Operator details, governing law, support contact, cancellation process and final commercial terms must be completed and reviewed before the service accepts subscriptions.
