A missing metric is not zero
A post can have visible likes while shares or saves are unavailable. SortSocial preserves the distinction. Available fields depend on the source, your account permissions and the platform’s current interface.
Supported browsers
Use the Chrome extension on a desktop Chromium browser. The Android app is a separate application. Safari and iOS are not included in the current release.
